EnviroPlus Holey Board
Description
EnviroPlus Holey Board is an EPS insulation that features factory-made holes - typically, 6 or 8 holes per board. The benefits of EnviroPlus Holey Board are its energy efficiency, cost effectiveness, durability and endurance. More often than not, it is the preferred choice among roofing contractors for use in insulated concrete roof decks since it is lightweight, yet strong enough for the most demanding job.
Applications
EnviroPlus Holey Board can be easily sloped within a roof system to ensure maximum drainage, and its unprecedented low moisture absorption inhibits warping, cracking and buckling. Furthermore, it can be fashioned into a great variety of sizes and thicknesses to meet any specific need. When encapsulated within insulating concrete, it helps to lessen the overall weight of a home or building.
Sizes
Typically, EnviroPlus Holey Board comes in 2-foot by 4-foot boards with a range of thicknesses from ¾-inch to 20 inches, although custom sizes are readily available. Tapered boards are also offered.
ISO Quality
EnviroPlus Holey Board is produced in an ISO 9001-certified manufacturing facility using state-of-the-art laminating equipment. Its EPS core meets or exceeds ASTM C578 Standard Specification for Rigid, Celluair Polystyrene Thermal Insulation. The product's dimensional stability and compressive strengths are subject to stringent ISO quality-control protocols.
