Product Properties

Tri State Foam's durable and rigid EnviroPlus Nailbase is laminated with 5/8-inch plywood, providing a superb, secure base for mechanically fastened or ballasted structural decks. EnviroPlus Nailbase is available in single side, double-sided and vented styles.

Applications

EnviroPlus Nailbase works equally well as a substrate for steep and low-slope roofing systems, as well as for vaulted and cathedral ceilings. Additionally, it can be applied as an underlayment for shingle, tile, slate and metal roofing systems.

Sizes

This EPS insulation comes in easily managed 4-inch by 8-inch sizes with an overall thickness of 1.25 inches to 9 inches or greater. Custom sizes are also readily available.

EnviroPlus Nailbase is produced in an ISO 9001-certified manufacturing facility using state-of-the-art laminating equipment. Its EPS core meets or exceeds ASTM C578 Standard Specification for Rigid, Celluair Polystyrene Thermal Insulation. The product's dimensional stability and compressive strengths are subject to stringent ISO quality-control protocols.
