wide variety of custom foam shapes. Popular custom foam shapes
include round and fluted columns, cornices, archways, quoins,
parapet caps and decorative bans. Custom foam shapes are commonly
used as architectural enhancements to buildings and signage.
EPS Shapes have proven very economical in comparison to wood or
concrete products, often providing a 50-75% cost savings. EPS
shapes can also be manufactured quickly, reducing lead times and

Packaging and Delivery: Tri State's Custom
Foam Shapes are delivered on our own fleet of trucks from
Martinsville, VA. Custom shapes are packaged in corrugated
boxes or nested inside of the EPS block from which the shape
is derived. This type of protective packaging guards against
damage and exposure to harsh weather conditions.
Quality: Tri State's Custom Foam Shapes are properly
cured and manufactured in accordance with strict code
compliances, including ASTMC-578 and RADCO guidelines. Our EPS
is approved for all major wall systems.
