Manufacturing and Fabricating
TRI STATE FOAM provides the newest in EPS foam manufacturing and
cutting technology with the recent addition of:
A 24 foot block mold, which allows us to manufacture more
foam in less time. With the addition of this piece of equipment,
foam drying time has been significantly reduced, resulting in
quicker delivery and enhanced quality.
Three computerized contour cutters, along with a multitude
of other hot-wire cutting machinery, enabling us to keep our
lead times to a minimum.
